Travel won’t solve your problems.

They don’t magically disappear when you get on a plane.

They are still there. In the nooks and crannies of your suitcase. You find you at that cafe in Prague. Or a beach in Thailand. Or on a long hike while you are just minding your own business.

And some people might say you’re running away from them by leaving home.

Away from your triggers, you can start the process of improving your life and solving your problems.

But I’ve always found that travel is a form of therapy and it gives you the space to see things with a new perspective.

It doesn’t have to be some long adventure either. Even a short trip can help you grow, heal, and become you a new you.

And that is anything but running away!
