Description

This crime scene chicken looks like it’s been a victim of fowl/foul play, but the technique is much more than just a dramatic presentation. The deep cuts technique is a way to roast chicken that delivers incredible flavor and tender, juicy meat. We went with a Korean barbecue inspired flavor profile, but this will work no matter what you decide to use. Just be sure to splatter the tray with the "blood" sauce for the full CSI effect. Enjoy!
