US-China relations: Trump, Xi expected to discuss trade, tariffs, AI and geopolitical issues

China’s Foreign Ministry has confirmed President Xi Jinping’s state visit to the United States from 23-25 September. In high-level talks ahead of his visit, both sides are said to have reached agreements on artificial intelligence and trade.
