How many flood control cases are pending before courts?

Ombudsman Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla says 35 flood control-related cases are now pending before courts, 31 with the Sandiganbayan and four with regional courts. He adds that a total of 166 complaints are now under preliminary investigation, a step before becoming actual cases. The Ombudsman is also doing 107 lifestyle checks on public officials and employees.
