Description
Law expert John Molo says the prosecution uses words like "scam," "modus operandi," and other colorful language to connect to the public and be more relatable to viewers of the impeachment trial.
"Once you place an impeachment not in front of trained judges and in front of senators, then definitely, there's going to be some theater involved. So this is the theater aspect," Molo says during Rappler's special coverage of the trial on Tuesday, August 25.
