Working together in response to the outbreak of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
World Health Organization (WHO) · · 41 views
Description
Three months into the Ebola response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, more than 50 organizations are working alongside the Government to help bring the outbreak under control.
The success of the response depends on their collaboration on the ground.
In an Ebola treatment centre, each partner has a role, from patient care and treatment centre operations to safe and dignified burials, childcare, psychosocial support, food and nutrition.
With the Government, ALIMA, WHO, WFP, the DRC Red Cross, UNICEF en RDC and many other partners are working side by side. Together, we are stronger.
