Christmas Tamales!

One of my favorite Christmas foods is Mexican tamales. So the day before Christmas I headed over to my friend's house and we made a bunch of tamales. He had a great idea to add green curry to a tamale, so we made some Thai green curry tamales and also plenty of regular beef and pork red chile tamales. It was a lot of fun making the tamales, and even more fun eating them!
