Meet Hobie the Maine Coon Cat 🐾 Pet Vlog: Water-Loving, Playful, Mischief-Maker & Family Star 🐈😺🧶

A couple of years ago we surprised Sam's parents by getting them a Maine Coon cat. The first time we ever encountered one of these giant cats was at a cat cafe in Seoul, Korea. We soon visited a few more cat cafes around the world and it was with further encounters we fell in love with this gentle giant breed. The following is a video of our one and a half year old Maine Coon who has many names but officially is called Hobie. You'll find shots of him playing, jumping, splashing, running, chasing, climbing, scratching, eating and a whole lot more. This cat is full of personality and it won't take long for you to realize why we think he's equally parts mischievous and adorable. In terms of facts about the Maine coon gato enjoy the following: The Maine Coon is the largest domesticated breed of cat and you'll notice in terms of its physical appearance large pointed ears, long whiskers, silky flowing coat and massive paws. They're most similar in terms of appearance and size to the Norwegian Forest Cat. Come find out why we love this bread so much and how this little orange/red Maine Coon cat has turned our lives upside down ;) 🐾 Meet Hobie: Life With a Playful Maine Coon Cat | Water-Loving, Mischief-Maker & Family Star 🐱 Introducing Hobie the Maine Coon Cat Meet Hobie, also known as Hobster the Lobster, Sam’s mischievous red-headed “brother” and the undeniable star of the household. With a larger-than-life personality and an endless curiosity, Hobie brings joy, chaos, and laughter to everyone around him. Although he looks cute and cuddly, don’t be fooled—this lovable Maine Coon is a professional troublemaker! 🚰 Hobie’s Fascination with Water Hobie is obsessed with anything water-related! Whether it’s a dripping tap, a filling bathtub, or a forgotten open toilet lid, Hobie is always the first to investigate. His favorite activity is drinking water straight from the tub, and he’s known for pawing at the water while watching bubbles form. Sometimes, he’ll lean so far over the edge it seems like he might fall in—though he’d probably enjoy a swim if he ever did! 🛁 Bubble Play & Towel Tunnels Bath time is prime entertainment for Hobie. He loves chasing bubbles and pawing at the water. Once bath time is done, he’ll crawl under any wet towel left behind, making himself a cozy, soggy fort. He’s a quirky one, but his antics keep everyone amused! 🧤 Grooming, Scratching, and Mischief Hobie enjoys regular grooming sessions, but his mischievous streak shines when he sets his claws on the furniture—especially the antiques. No sofa or chair is safe from his playful paws! 🎮 Play Time: Lasers, Birds & Tag Laser pointers are Hobie’s weakness. He’ll chase that red dot for ages—across couches and up and down the living room—until his humans tire out! He also loves playing with “Specie-Bird,” his feathery toy, though he prefers to show off when the camera isn’t rolling. Tag is another favorite: Hobie chases Sam down the hall, then trades places and runs away, always faster than his red-headed human. 🤸‍♂️ Acrobatic Feats: Leaps & Balancing Acts A true acrobat, Hobie leaps from kitchen counters onto the fridge, then perches above the cupboards, surveying his kingdom from on high. His daring jumps are as impressive as they are entertaining. 🍽️ Lunchtime & Naptime Rituals After all the fun and exercise, Hobie settles down for a hearty meal and a well-deserved nap. Watching him sleep is the perfect break for his humans—just long enough to recharge before the next burst of energy! 🤗 Cuddles & Personality Cuddles are still a work in progress with this independent Maine Coon, but one thing’s for sure: Hobie is a keeper. With his water antics, playful spirit, and unique charm, he’s a beloved part of the family. 📲 #MaineCoon #CatLover #FunnyCat #PetLife #CatVlog #HobieTheLobster #CatAntics #CatFamily Meet Hobie the Maine Coon Cat 🐾 | Water-Loving, Playful, Mischievous Family Member | Cat Vlog Subscribe for more adorable cat antics, pet vlogs, and family adventures with Hobie!
