Nick Reiner has been indicted with the murder of his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner, which occurred last December. The indictment also added a special circumstance alleging that he committed the crimes by means of “lying in wait”, according to Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman.
