The family—which includes Hilton’s three young children—also asked for privacy and said they will share updates if and when they are able. Authorities were dispatched to Hilton's Miami home after he went on a livestream and appeared to be covered in blood, with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office telling E! News that deputies "confirmed he was alone inside."
