Blake Lively & Justin Baldoni: Legal Expert Explains How She Believes Footage Supports Lively

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are not backing down in their legal battle. After Baldoni’s lawyer released 10 minutes of unedited, raw, behind the scenes footage to TMZ, in an attempt to refute Lively’s sexual harassment allegations against Baldoni, Lively’s team is fighting back claiming the clip actually corroborates her claims. In a lengthy statement to NBC News, Lively’s Legal Team wrote, “Every frame of the released footage corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint.” Employment lawyer Paige Sparks, who does not represent Baldoni or Lively, breaks down the footage to Access Hollywood and explains why she believe it supports the “Gossip Girl” alum’s lawsuit.
