Description
Passengers aboard a catamaran battled to stay afloat as a violent storm battered them in the South Pacific. They were sailing from Australia to Fiji when the storm ripped off the mast, leaving them stranded. They used a flare gun to signal for help. A Carnival cruise ship, The Splendor, was five hours away. Dustin Leonard and his fiancée, Helena Franczak, say they are lucky to be alive thanks to their rescue from the massive cruise ship.
