I met Jackie chan in my Primary School in Singapore

Can’t believe I met @JackieChan in Singapore 🇸🇬 Still feels unreal 😭 What made meeting Jackie Chan in Singapore even more special was returning as an alumnus to Pei Chun Public School — walking down memory lane through the familiar corners I once knew as a primary school kid, including the days we learned kung fu, Taichi, and Wushu. I used to be one of those kids sitting at the back of this very same hall, reciting the school poem every morning, running around for no reason, and doing all kinds of shenanigan stunts. I started doing action comedy because of Jackie Chan, so meeting him yesterday felt like a full-circle moment I’ll never forget. 🥹 One quote that hit hard: “Dreams may not come true, but without dreams, you definitely won’t succeed.” He also reminded students to work hard today so their future selves will be thankful — and to spend less time on screens so they can focus on what truly matters. A meaningful school visit made possible by @limfamilyfoundation, with Mr Kiat Lim and Minister for National Development Mr Chee Hong Tat also in attendance. “No one should be denied the chance to pursue their dreams.” — Peter Lim #SGVirality #JackieChan #Singapore #PeiChunPublicSchool #LimFamilyFoundation
