I OPENED A RESTAURANT?! | 8KG UNDEFEATED BURGER CHALLENGE at my Own Restaurant!

In this video, I’m excited to finally give you guys a look at my very own restaurant, OVER, which is opening soon, on the 28th of October 2026! The menu at OVER revolves around just 6–7 dishes, including a secret menu item, with each dish inspired by some of my personal favourites and foods from overseas that aren’t so easily accessible in Singapore. The best part is that the menu will change every 3 months, so there’ll always be something new to look forward to! I teamed up with Jett BBQ to bring their food to OVER, and for this challenge, I took on an insane 8KG Undefeated Burger! This burger was absolutely loaded with everything, from Jett BBQ’s iconic beef ribs and onion rings to entire burgers stuffed inside, along with fried chicken and egg mayo. Everything tasted amazing, but trying to finish this monster was a whole different story. The portions here are bigger than the usual, the normal serving size is big enough for 2 people to share, while the large size can feed around 4–6 people. Of course, we also have the Zermatt size for those who want to take things to the next level with an actual food challenge portion. Even our alcoholic drinks start from 600ml. OVER also has a day-to-night concept. Once it hits 9pm, the lights dim and the atmosphere shifts into a more relaxed setting where you can chill out with some drinks and unwind with your friends.
