TAOB NANAMAN ANG KALDERO PAG GANITO KASARAP ANG GINAWA MONG PAGKAKALUTO SA CHICKEN BICOL EXPRESS! 🔥😋 Kung mahilig ka sa creamy, spicy, at malinamnam na ulam, subukan mo itong Chicken Bicol Express! Chicken thigh fillet na niluto sa gata, bagoong, at sili. Simple lang ang ingredients, pero siguradong mapaparami ang kain mo ng kanin! Tara, luto tayo! 🔥 INGREDIENTS - 2 pcs chopped onions - 1 head chopped garlic - Finely chopped ginger (about the size of 2 thumbs) - 1.1 kg chicken thigh fillet - 1/2 tsp salt - Ground black pepper - About 6 tbsp water - 3 tbsp grayish shrimp paste (not too salty) - 1 1/2 cup pure coconut milk - Chopped green chili peppers - Chopped red chili peppers - About 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional, adjust to taste) -NOTE!!! the shrimp paste I used was the grey-ish color one.. which is not too salty compared to the pinkish ones.. so always taste test before adding fish sauce in finalizing the saltiness.. 😉😊 -Please notify me in the comment section if I forgot an ingredient(s) 😉😊😁 Hi!
