INKLUDE to THRIVE is part of the Wellcome Trust funded INKLUDE Research Culture project, a personal and professional development offer for women and ethnically mioritised groups at King's, co-designed by its participants. It has engaged more than 200 individuals, including 40 of King's leaders, and fostered a strong and unique community of academics, researchers and professional service staff from all roles across the entire university.
