CJP Leaders Saurav Das, Ashutosh Sent To Tihar, Rahul Backs Protesters As Jantar Mantar Denotified

Delhi Police has denotified Jantar Mantar as an authorised protest site, designating alternative venues including Ramlila Maidan, Burari Ground, and CBD Ground in East Delhi. The directive has drawn backlash over logistical barriers, remote locations, and steep booking costs, leading to a legal challenge before the Supreme Court regarding constitutional protections for peaceful assembly. The administrative decision has also prompted political developments following the remand of Cockroach Janata Party leaders Saurabh Das and Ashutosh Ranka to five days of judicial custody for demonstrating at the site. #JantarMantar #DelhiPolice #RahulGandhi #itwebvideos #Congress #CJP #CockroachJanataParty #AbhijeetDipke #SaurabhDas #AshutoshRanka #NSUI #DelhiNews #IndianPolitics #ProtestRights #DemocraticDissent #TiharJail #RightToProtest #SupremeCourt #RamlilaMaidan #BurariGround #CBDGround #FreeSpeech #ProtestSites #Democracy #PublicDissent #5Live #DelhiProtests Subscribe to India Today for NEW VIDEOS EVERY DAY and make sure to enable Push Notifications so you'll never miss a new video.
