Tiger Shroff Attacked: Salman's Dosti Comes With A Price? | Is Underworld Returning To Bollywood?
Details
In a sharp panel discussion reviewing the alarming rise of underworld activities targeting Bollywood, Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, Founder and President of the All India Cine Workers Association, raised deep concerns over the safety of film fraternity members following a daylight attack on actor Tiger Shroff in Juhu. Gupta pointed out that gangsters are openly seeking extortion and notoriety by targeting Bollywood stars, comparing the emerging atmosphere to the notorious 1990s D-Company era. Warning of severe consequences for India's financial hub, he stated, 'Film industry will end if the government cannot provide security,' highlighting that celebrities and workers might flee abroad out of sheer terror. The debate also addressed how incarcerated gangsters like Lawrence Bishnoi orchestrate crime syndicates with impunity from inside high-security prisons via mobile networks and overseas handlers, demanding systemic police accountability.
