The Early Internet Broke My Brain & HOLE | Gabby Lamb

Description

Gabby Lamb’s stand-up set “These Are My Childhood Mistakes” is a painfully funny excavation of growing up way too online. In this full set, she connects the dots between watching 9/11 and Two Girls One Cup before puberty, her compulsion to get neck tattoos, and the adult insecurities that refused to go away.

She dives into being flat-chested while big-titted friends motorboat her with fake sympathy, the moment she convinced herself a hemorrhoid was butthole cancer, and why every boyfriend can apparently see that hemorrhoid from behind. The bit closes out with a graphic, blue-collar breakdown of oral sex and a surefire tip to ruin a man’s sense of self.
