INGREDIENTS
-2 pcs carrots, sliced into strips
-Chopped cabbage
-250 g sliced kikiam
-250 g sliced chicken balls
-300g pork liver marinated in 1Tbsp soy sauce and 1Tbsp oyster sauce
-2 pcs onions, chopped
-1 head garlic, chopped
-White part of spring onions, chopped (optional)
-500 g sliced pork
-1/2 tsp salt
-Ground black pepper
-2 Tbsp soy sauce
-4 Tbsp oyster sauce
-1 Tbsp liquid seasoning
-Water, enough to completely submerge the meat
-1 pc pork cube
-500 g round miki noodles (lomi noodles), washed and strained
-3–4 Tbsp fish sauce
-2 pcs large eggs, beaten
- 6 Tbsp slurry (Mix 4 Tbsp cornstarch with 8 Tbsp water. Add about 6 Tbsp of the slurry gradually while mixing, or until the desired thickness is achieved.)
