As with brownies, I like to set these in the fridge overnight to make them nice and fudgy, but if you can’t wait that long, I don’t blame you! 😄 INGREDIENTS 200 g unsalted butter (melted) 125 g white granulated sugar 125 g light brown sugar 3 medium eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 275 g plain flour 35 g custard powder 200 g white chocolate chips 200 g custard creams (chopped) METHOD Preheat the oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan and line a 9x9" square tin with parchment In a large bowl, add the butter and sugars and beat until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth. Add in the flour and custard powder and mix Add in the custard creams and white chocolate chips and fold together. Bake the custard cream blondies in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until there is a slight wobble in the middle.
