Not just I say, but many people will say that the best place for steamed fish is at Zai Shun Curry Fish Head!  The fish is super fresh and they are perfectly steamed!  And don’t forget to order their Zi Char dishes, especially the bitter gourd with eggs, to go with Teochew porridge.
