Exotic Vacation

I thought five days would be plenty for a Vermont fall road trip… until every mountain road, covered bridge, and little country store gave me another reason to pull over. 🍁 Come along as I share my 5-day Vermont itinerary, from Stowe and Burlington to Woodstock, Manchester, and the small towns of southern Vermont. We’re winding through Smugglers’ Notch, taking in the views from Mount Mansfield, grabbing warm cider donuts at Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and watching the sunset over Lake Champlain. Along the way, I’m sharing my favorite stops, honest thoughts on the food and attractions, and practical tips on where to stay, what to book ahead, and how to plan your route. Fair warning: those “quick stops” for maple syrup and mountain views rarely stayed quick! 🚗🍂 💲*To streamline your travel planning, we've converted all local currency prices into USD.
