Description

Governor Josh Shapiro was in Hershey, Pennsylvania, to announce the Commonwealth Concert series – part of the state's celebration of America's 250th anniversary. He was joined by some of the Keystone State's biggest names – Betsy Ross and Benjamin Franklin. Or at least, pretty good reenactors of the founding figures.
