A little over a year after Gisele Bündchen and husband Joaquim Valente welcomed their first baby together, the supermodel—who is also mom to two kids with Tom Brady—shared her revised fitness routine. “I do weights three times a week,” Bündchen told i-D magazine in an interview published Sept. 10. “I do Pilates once or twice a week. I do yoga two or three times a week. I work out every day because, for me, working out—I don’t see it as something I have to do. I see it as something I get to do." Indeed, Bündchen—also mom to Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex Tom Brady—will truly do anything to get her reps in. “It doesn’t matter if I’m surfing, if I’m playing volleyball with my daughter,” she listed, “if I’m paddleboarding. Whatever it is, I feel like it’s a moment of being." And she’s only getting stronger.
