Nigerian Salad - Chef Lola's Kitchen

Description

The Nigerian Salad is best enjoyed when you use the Heinz salad dressing but this might be hard to find especially for those living outside Nigeria, so I did a little research and I saw the recipe below. I actually did try it and it was really close to the real thing.

3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp of white vinegar
1 Tbsp of Icing sugar
1 Tsp of Mustard (optional)

Crispy fried spring roll is one of my favorite snacks and it's actually not as difficult as it's thought to be. I hope you give this a try?.
