Description

When can parents expect more childcare leave and who will benefit from the new child support package announced at this year's National Day Rally?

Speaking in a CNA938 interview that aired on Wednesday (Sep 2), Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Indranee Rajah said there are “a few things” that need to happen before more childcare leave can be implemented. She also explains who is eligible for the enhanced child support package and how essential costs such as food, utilities, healthcare and education were factored into the almost S$70,000 in direct financial support for each Singaporean child.
