Our second stop on our hidden Thailand road trip is Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat and the Emerald Lake. Both amazing sites are in a must less touristy Lampang Province. Wat Chaloem is a hidden gem of the north - this is the secret Thailand that most foreigners never see. The amazing floating pagodas are a magnificent feat of human strength and artistry. Next, we head to the Emerald Lake of Tham Pha National Park, another hidden gem of Lampang province. It's a sinkhole in the jungle filled with crystal clear blue water and tons of fish!
