Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown

Ever wonder what connects a struggling Rust Belt steel town, Hollywood's toughest ex-con-turned-actor, a Hong Kong cinematography legend, the mountains of Asturias, and the streets of Nairobi? Anthony takes you on a wild journey across four continents, meeting unforgettable characters and uncovering the stories behind their cities, cultures, and food. From Braddock, Pennsylvania, to Los Angeles and Hong Kong, Anthony explores economic collapse, reinvention, Hollywood survival, and the creative world of Christopher Doyle. Along the way, Danny Trejo opens up about prison, boxing, and his life in Hollywood, while Hong Kong's streets reveal a different side of food, art, and identity. The journey continues through the mountains of Asturias, where Anthony discovers ancient food traditions and meets a 101-year-old cook, before landing in Nairobi to explore colonial history and the impact of secondhand Western clothing. A wild trip about food, place, identity, and reinvention, one story at a time.
