Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are facing off in several legal battles. The “Gossip Girl” alum filed a lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” co-star and director in December, accusing him of an alleged smear campaign and allegedly sexually harassing her. He followed that up by suing the New York Times for libel, suing the news outlet for $250 million for reporting “false” allegations against him. Then on Dec. 31, Blake filed another lawsuit against Justin and Wayfarer Studios, Access Hollywood confirms. Now, Access Hollywood is talking to legal analyst and trial attorney, Misty Marris, about the lawsuits and she reveals why Blake has the stronger claims at the moment. Plus, she explains how the interviews Justin and Blake did while promoting “It Ends With Us” could be used in trial. » SUBSCRIBE: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiKGMZZmZXK-RpbKJGXgH3Q?sub_confirmation=1 » Visit Our Website: http://accessonline.com Get More Access : Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/accesshollywood/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/accesshollywood Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/accesshollywood/ #AccessHollywood #blakelively #justinbaldoni #itendswithus #lawsuit "Access Hollywood" is an entertainment news show featuring Mario Lopez, Kit Hoover, Scott Evans, and correspondent Zuri Hall.
