Diet culture was the main topic on Oprah Winfrey's latest special "Making the Shift: A New Way to Think About Weight," which was livestreamed on YouTube. Oprah sat down with both Rebel Wilson and Busy Philipps to discuss about the topic and shared her own experiences. Oprah also apologized for being a "a steadfast participant" in diet culture.
